Full Serial DCVV control cabinet

The control function of this series of control cabinet is implemented by STEP full serial control system. It supports duplex, group control and remote monitoring, etc. The application of CAN Bus serial communication greatly reduces the cores of cable and the cost of wiring, and makes the elevator run reliably and safely.

The electric drive uses MENTOR II from the British C.T.; electric generator is no longer required. Through changing the voltage on the brush of motor, the rotation speed of the motor can be modulated, therefore the elevator can run according to the given velocity curve and a comfortable riding can be ensured. Operation efficiency is also improved and it saves energy to the utmost. Besides, since a RC suppression loop is applied, the noise in the machine room is greatly reduced. This control cabinet is suitable for different kinds of DC elevator.
